Sony CFS-F40
One of the most rare and exotic Sonys, this boombox is very heavy (12 kg), well-built, and sounds great. According to the Sony catalog, it produced 14 watts per channel using the Japanese EIAJ/DC industry measurement standard. Most other boomboxes produced only 4-10 watts per channel using the same industry standard. This radio also has nice upside-down needle meters, with a LED peak indicator between them. It measures 46 cm wide, 27 cm tall, and 16 cm deep. It cost almost 100,000 yen. It was sold in Japan only, so the voltage is 100v. Or you can use ten D-cell batteries.
