Nice looking box, similar to the TRK-8180, but it has adjustable tape speed and different speaker grills.

Hitachi TRK-8280 Perdisco

This boombox appears to share the same basic shell and chassis as the more common TRK-8180. The controls on top appear to be the same too. But it has different speaker grills. Also, the microphone level control (near the left tweeter) has been changed a slider instead of a knob, and it is joined by a tape speed slider.
