The TPR-945 is a very good quality boombox from the year 1979

Aiwa TPR-945

The TPR-945H, from the year 1979, is an unsung gem. It doesn't get as much attention from collectors as the 950 and 955 do, but it performs just as well as those, with even more power potential due to its use of 8 batteries instead of only 6. Its output is 3.2 watts per channel minimum, and 5 watts per channel maximum. It has a PLL tuner, 9-track music search, 12cm woofers, and 4cm tweeters. Note: There is a very similar model called the TPR-935 which has the same performance specs, but is missing the music search feature.
