Magnavox

Magnavox, along with Sylvania and Philco, were brands controlled by NAP Consumer Electronics Corporation of Knoxville TN, which became a subsidiary of North American Phillips. As a result, several Magnavox boomboxes during the 1980's were simply re-branded Philips models.
