We believe it's an AKA of the JVC PC-11. There are one or two Boomboxery members who say it sounds better than the JVC. Both the JVC and the VR only have one speaker in each box (a 5-inch cone), but the difference is that the Vector Research has wizzer cones instead of chrome center caps.
