The Lasonic TRC-931 model run is one of the longest running in boombox history. With decent quality 8" woofers, this boombox does sound pretty good despite it's cheap construction. There's something about the flashy looks, colorful graphics, and sparkly chrome, cheap as they might be, that simply begs to be squeezed into a collection regardless if it's a good fit or not. Looks that good can't be ignored. The version below is one of the first editions. Later editions no longer had the analog tuner or cassette decks, but sported digital tuners and ipod docks or blutooth compatibility.
