The PC-X100 was one of JVC's year 1990 models. It has 2 tape decks, a CD player, and detachable speakers. Unfortunately I don't see any line inputs on it. It runs on 8 D-cell batteries, and was made in Malaysia. The service manual can be purchased <a class="wiki external" target="_blank" href="https://www.analogalley.com/osccart/product_info.php?products_id=2375&amp;osCsid=cc17746e0f5013e92529579ad18b66fb" rel="external nofollow">HERE</a>.

The sound can be tailored with the 3-band graphic equalizer. There is also a "Hyper-Bass Sound System" that consists of a front-ported bass speaker hidden behind the tape decks.
