The PJ-W30 is a mid-1980's boombox from Akai. It has 4 speakers, 2 of which can be rotated or detached. The outer speakers have foam-covered bass ports behind them, and you can actually feel air coming out of them. It has 2 tape decks and a 5-band graphic equalizer (100Hz, 330Hz, 1kHz, 3.3kHz, and 10kHz). It accepts 8 D-cell batteries, and it also has AC voltage settings for 120 and 230. It measures 25 inches long with the speakers attached, and it weighs 11 lbs without batteries.
