National Panasonic RS-4350LJ and RQ-4350

The RS-4350 and RQ-4350 were boomboxes sold by Panasonic in the late 1970's. These two boomboxes are very similar, but the RS-4350 has more metal-look trim on the controls. It also has microphone clamps on the upper left and right corners. Those microphones are very rare and difficult to find.

These boomboxes measure 514 x 290 x 163 mm. The Japanese brochure says they produce 3.3 watts per channel when using batteries, according to the EIAJ industry standard. They probably produce more power when using AC.

There are several AKA's of this boombox, including the Sound 4020 and the Contec 8913.
