Sharp GF-8787
The GF8787 was a midsize boombox from Sharp. It was introduced in either 1980 or 1981. It has 16cm woofers and a pair of piezo tweeters. Output is 2.7 watts per channel FTC minimum, and 4.6 watts per channel RMS. It's basically a stripped-down version of the GF-8989, with no Dolby, no separate bass and treble, and no metal trim plate inside the tape door. It also has a mic volume knob instead of recording level. There were two color choices, silver or dark gray/brown. Most (but not all) of the silver ones have a colorful blue tuner plate.
