RFT radios and ghettoblasters

RFT was a trademark/brand used by VEB Rundfunk- und Fernmelde-Technik, a group of state-owned electronics manufacturers in GDR (East Germany). In particular, the Stern-Radio group produced portable radios and TVs. Their products are loved by collectors for their austere, Cold War styling and unusual construction methods.
