Montgomery Ward GEN-3996A
This boombox was priced at $299 in Ward's 1981 catalog. It's big and heavy, with some very unique LED meters. Massive, lighted tuner dial. It sounds very nice and warm. It was manufactured in Japan by Shin-Shirasuna. Outside of America, it was called the Silver ST-858 and the Silver ST-868.
