Crown Professional GT
The Crown Professional Studio GT was one of Crown's first 4-speaker ghettoblasters. We believe it was made in 1978. It certainly has that late 70's styling. While some people might say it looks too conservative, I really like the elaborate woofer grills and the chrome painted tweeter grills. And this is not a basic model either. It's well-built, sounds good, and has lots of features. It has a removeable inner chassis and a zinc-plated metal deck. It has 4 speakers (12cm woofers and 5cm tweeters). For amplifiers, it has two Panasonic AN214Q chips, which are rated for 4.4W each (but that's assuming 18 volts....this is a 12 volt boombox). Overall, this is a classic model that belongs in every collection.
