Asahi RD-830
The RD-830R was sold by Asahi in the year 1983. It is a 4-piece ghettoblaster, because the speakers can be separated, and the cassette deck and amplifier are 2 separate pieces. The speakers are made of compressed wood, with bass reflex ports. They are rated for 6 Ohms and 15 watts.
This is a 220 volt system that consumes 50 watts. It measures 530mm wide, 280mm high including the handle (220mm without), and 260mm deep. It was offered in 2 colors: Gold, and silver/gray 2-tone.
