The Rotel RPM-10 is a rare, 3-piece ghettoblaster from the year 1982. It measures 22.1 inches wide. According to collectors who have owned it, it sounds magnificent. There were two different speaker choices. They are cosmetically different, but we don't know if they are mechanically different. One has a square grill covering everything, while the other has round grills on the woofers. The owners manual says the Rotel has 4 inch woofers, 2.25 inch tweeters, 8 ohms impedence, 92dB/W sensitivity, and 3,300Hz crossovers.

According to the owners manual, the Rotel produces an FTC minimum of 12 watts per channel between 40 and 20,000 Hz, into 8 ohms with no more than 1% total harmonic distortion. Peak RMS is 15 watts per channel, and "Music Power" is 25 watts per channel. This is all when using AC power. If you are using batteries, the output is less than half as much.

Bass control: +/-10dB, 100Hz
Treble control: +/-10dB, 10,000Hz
Loudness switch: +/-7dB @ 100Hz, +/-3dB @ 10,000Hz
Tape deck wow & flutter = 0.05% WRMS
Frequency response (-20dB) = 30 to 16,000Hz +/-3dB when using Metal tape.

There is an AKA of the Rotel RPM-10 called the Nikko NPS-50, which is much darker in color.
