The CRS-152 was a small 3-piece boombox from Marantz. It was made in Taiwan and features an AM/FM Stereo tuner with AFC, a tape deck, and inputs for Line In, Mic, and Line Out. The speakers can fold up and lock against the back of the unit. They can also be detached completely. Interestingly, the microphones are built into the speakers instead of the main unit. So Marantz fitted the speakers with DIN cables that power both the speakers and the microphones. Overall it's a fairly small system without many features, but it was built surprisingly well for a 1970's Taiwanese model. The cables are thick and so are the speaker walls, although they house a simple 2-watt speaker that doesn't provide much oomph. You can increase the bass a little by opening up the speakers and covering the vents with felt or foam.
