It's all about looks and the tuner features when it comes to the Grundig RR-940 Professional. It's not that it sounds bad, however, it is clearly evident that the focus is more for this device towards being a strong SW performer rather than a Ghettoblaster. It does have all the features one would expect from a boombox, including a carry handle for portability as well as battery operation, a cassette deck, good radio/tuner, and stereo. In a sense, refined design and finesse is more appropriate for this model than brawn raw loud sound.
