Fisher Electronics was an American hifi brand that originated in 1945 and was purchased by Emerson in 1969, and then by Sanyo in 1975. They were known for high qualty stereo components, but by the mid-80s their quality started going downhill as the market shifted towards cheap rack systems. The brand ceased to exist in 2012. Their boomboxes are listed below. Some are simply re-styled Sanyos.
