This ghettoblaster was sold in Europe. What many people don't realize is, it's an AKA of the JVC RC-838. It has all the same features (including Biphonic), PLUS FM presets! At first thought, it seems strange that JVC would allow another company to use the technology of one of its top-of-the-line models. But perhaps it was a strategy to extend the RC-838's production after it been obsoleted by newer JVC models.
