The RX5050 was sold in 1983 and became a very popular boombox for <a class="wiki" href="Panasonic" rel="">Panasonic</a>. It is known for being louder than it looks. It has 4 speakers, a 4-band equalizer, and a VU meter with 6 segments. It also has the Ambience setting, which was Panasonic's version of Stereo Wide. There are also both Line In and Line Out jacks.
