The Tecsonic MX900 was a large Korean boombox made in 1986 or 1987. The hip hop group Public Enemy owned one and brought it to many of their shows.

Tecsonic MX-900E

The Tecsonic MX900 is a 4-band, 15 volt, dual-cassette ghettoblaster. It was made in Korea in 1986 or 1987. It's about 69cm wide. It has 3-way speakers with lots of chrome around them. There are LED meters above the speakers. It's very loud, but the bass isn't as good as you would expect from such a big ghettobox.

There are several AKA's of this model, including the Palladium 879-584 and the Audiosonic TBS-1130. There are also some single-deck versions, including the Silverstone CX-473L and the Nippon CX-473F.
