This is a cool 3-piece ghettoblaster from the 80's. There were re-branded versions from Citizen, Polyvox, Mona, and MTC.

Rising PC-007

This Rising PC-007L is a 3-piece ghettoblaster that measures 595mm long and weighs 7.6 kg. It has a very good tuner with strong reception. It also has Aux and Phono inputs. It has a graphic equalizer with 4 bands, which is very unusual, since most equalizers have 3, 5, or 7. This model also has a nice-looking LED meter that pulses outwards left and right.

The speakers are true 3-way systems with good magnets. All 3 speakers are Rising brand. The woofer is 11cm diameter, part number HSP-007, 5 ohm, 15 watts. It has foam surrounds, which will need replacement if it hasn't been done already. The large cone tweeter is 5cm diameter, part number HSP-008, 4.5 ohm, 5 watts. The small dome tweeter is 3cm diameter, part number HSP-009, 4 ohm, 4 watts.

There were some re-branded versions sold in other countries, like the MTC MS-3030 and Citizen JTR-1305 (which were sold in Canada), and the Polyvox PA-850 which was sold in Brazil.
