This is a small ghettoblaster sold in Germany during the early 80s. There were several re-branded versions.

Conic ghettoblaster 1

The brand name of this boombox is Conic, but there's no model number on it. neutral I think it was manufactured in Hong Kong and imported into Germany by a company called Transonic Intermarket. There were several re-branded versions of it, with names like Radiotone, Candle, and Ultrasonic.

It measures 453x245x100mm, and weighs 4.9 kg, not including batteries. The woofers are 12cm diameter, 4 ohm, 8 watt, branded "Conic". The tweeters are 3.5cm, 4 ohm, 8 watt, branded "Conic". The woofers are surrounded by cosmetic trim plates (made of real metal) that can be removed via the 4 thumbscrews. question And check out those swiss cheese tweeter grills! twisted
